Hardware Repairs & Replacements
IT Concept shall provide free of charge repair and replacement services on any defective system equipment components under fair wear & tear conditions and will be replaced by a comparable unit on exchange basis in accordance to the coverage agreed on the maintenance service agreement.
All repairs and replacements services shall be provided free of charge except willful damage, fluctuation of electricity supply or damaged by unauthorized installation or modification.
Customized Maintenance

We provide less than 6 hrs response time upon customer notification during office hours for minor issues. 2-4 hrs major alarm response time on major system outrages from the time of receipt Customer’s notification during office hours. We will provide you with remote maintenance and emergency on site response.
